This full-color 16-page brochure showcases the vibrancy of our Midtown Manhattan neighborhood while highlighting everything GCP does to ensure it remains the world’s most successful and animated central business district. The publication intertwines the story of GCP’s mission, programs and services with compelling photography that captures scenes from around our community.
Grand Central Partnership 2007 Annual Report
2007 was an eventful year here in the Grand Central neighborhood and this 24-page publication offers a thorough review of this exciting and challenging 12-month period. In addition to programmatic summaries chock full of useful data, the 2007 Annual Report also includes mini-features on the Steam Pipe explosion in mid-July and the widely acclaimed Sidewalk Compass Pilot program, as well as a look at some of the friendly faces that had a positive impact on our neighborhood during the past year.

Pick up the Grand Central Partnership's guide to more than 200 local restaurants, bars, and lounges, and get an insider's take on the best places to wine and dine in the greater Midtown area. In addition to commentary on each establishment, the full-color pocket-sized publication offers helpful tips on wine pairings, touring the neighborhood, and GCP's annual culinary fundraiser, Grand Gourmet - The Flavor of Midtown.
Library Way Brochure
GCP transformed East 41st Street between Park Avenue and Fifth Avenue from a dank back alley into "Library Way," a bright and inspiring promenade leading to the landmark New York Public Library on Fifth Avenue. This pamphlet describes the history of the project and the 96 literary-themed bronze sidewalk insets designed by noted urban sculptor Gregg Lefevre.


"Celebrate Summer in Midtown" Summer Concert Series Brochure
Every summer, "Celebrate Summer in Midtown," GCP's free outdoor concert series, fills the Grand Central neighborhood with the sounds of the season. This brochure includes full artist and venue listings for three dozen lunch-hour (12:30 pm to 1:45 pm) concerts that take place in urban plazas and courtyards around Midtown all summer long.

The Grand Tour of East 42nd Street Palmcard
Historian and urban explorer Justin Ferate is your guide on this free 90-minute tour of Midtown's world famous landmarks and little-known secrets every Friday at 12:30 pm. The AAA Guide to New York rated The Grand Tour as New York City's "Best Walking Tour," and this palmcard provides all of the details you need to join Justin on his weekly jaunt around the Grand Central neighborhood.
