Peter S. Duncan
Peter S. Duncan is President and CEO of George Comfort & Sons, Inc.
Mr. Duncan has over 25 years experience in commercial real estate acquisition, financing, repositioning, management and leasing, all at GCS. He is the controlling partner of the company. Since taking over leadership of GCS in the early 1990s, he acquired and redeveloped many of the company’s owned properties, totaling over $3 billion in value. He is integrally involved in the leasing and renovation of all the company’s assets. He received a B.A. from Trinity College. Mr. Duncan is a licensed commercial broker in the State of New York and New Jersey and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
