Peter J. Lempin, Executive Vice President

Mr. Lempin has served as the Executive Vice President for Operations of the Corporation since September 2002.

Before joining the Partnership he completed a distinguished 28 year career with New York City most recently serving as Deputy Commissioner, Department of Finance and Deputy Commissioner, Department of Consumer Affairs. He also served on the New York City Environmental Control Board for five years. Mr. Lempin is a U.S. Air Force veteran, and earned a B.S. from Boise State University and a M.S. from Southern Oregon State University.
