The Grand Central Oyster Bar serves 4,000 oysters daily from 30 varieties, served on the half shell, roasted, broiled, Rockefeller-style, and in pan roasts and stews.

During each seminar, American Sommelier President and CEO Andrew Bell and Aureole Beverage Director Justin Lorenz will guide attendees through a tasting of 10 wines carefully selected to illustrate the evening’s theme and paired with thoughtfully created, delicious dishes from Aureole’s Executive Chef Marcus Ware.

The next event takes place Monday, May 21 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm with an exploration of still, sparkling, dry, sweet, Old and New World incarnations of rosé paired with tasty treats from Aureole’s Executive Chef Marcus Ware. Call it what you will – rosé or blush, rosado or rosato, salmon or pink – you’ll call it delicious throughout the night.
